Kingdom of the Sun Concert "It's Fiesta Time"

Kingdom of the Sun concert band is an all volunteer group of musicians who love music….professional musicians,  retired  musicians, band directors, teachers,  students, musicians from all professions…together we give Central Florida an opportunity to enjoy excellent music throughout the year.

It’s  Fiesta Time.     For our May concerts  the Band will be jazzin’ it up for Cinco de Mayo.   You will enjoy  El Gato Montes,  Amparito Rica, To Dance in the Secret Garden…just to mention a few.   We, of course, will feature El Capitan by  Sousa along with John Williams music. We will also feature our 2 scholarship recipients, Leo Moncada and Ben Whitehouse  playing Vivaldi’s  Double Concerto for Trumpet.  Les and Marcia will present the scholarship awards.

Plan on coming an hour early for our preconcerts.   Saturday will be featuring SeanTmusic on the steel drums (1pm) and Sunday features  Tyrell Scott with Performing Hearts interpretive dance (2pm).

As always,  this event is free to the public.
